Draft Rescue privacy policy
Draft Rescue saves text you type into web forms so you can restore it later. That text is stored only in your browser's local extension storage on your device. It is never sent to us or anyone else, and we have no servers that receive it. Draft Rescue never saves password fields, payment-card fields, security codes or one-time codes. You can pause it on any site, set site rules (Pro), encrypt drafts with a passphrase (Pro), and delete all drafts at any time. Drafts are deleted automatically after 24 hours (free) or 30 days (Pro). The extension is off in Incognito unless you enable it. If you buy Pro, payment is processed by ExtensionPay and Stripe, who receive your email and payment details to manage the subscription.
Free trial and email: starting the 7-day free trial asks for your email address. That step is handled by ExtensionPay, which emails you a confirmation link and stores your trial status; Draft Rescue itself never sees or stores your email. Our optional "tips & offers" newsletter is signed up for on our website (hosted by Kit), never by the extension itself, and every email has an unsubscribe link.
Cancel anytime from the extension (Manage → Manage or cancel subscription); you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
